Managing photos on the Palm Pre is as simple as you thought it would be. You can create albums hich certain photographs and similar to the iPhone the initial view is a grid containing thumbnails. Sliding your finger up and down will let you scroll, tapping a thumbnail will enlarge and open up the image, sliding you finger across the screen will let you continue looking through pictures.
Unfortunately - the max amount of memory is 8GB since the phone doe not provide you with the luxuries of a memory expansion slot. Pictures you take with your phone will automatically be inserted into the photos application, and can be dragged easily onto your computer via USB.
