As Apple releases the ability to buy within the application - the Pre comes with it. With applications like Shortcovers - an ebook market and reader built in 1 - you can choose from literally thousands of books, magazines, excerpts, and articles. the best part is you never have to leave the application to actually buy them. I love the chapter option since you can actually just buy a chapter from a book - how often do you get to do that? It’s comparable to other readers but of course not on the same level as Amazons Kindle.
Searching this application is simple. You can search for the title of the book or author names - or even by price and popularity. Probably one of the better applications out for the Palm Pre right now. You can find it in the App Catalog so if you like reading on the go - go get it.
